F-tax application to the Swedish Tax Agency

Swedish clients prefer to engage companies that have Swedish F-tax. For this reason, foreign companies that run businesses in Sweden must apply for approval of F-tax. This also applies to companies that do not pay income tax in Sweden.

Collective agreements for foreign companies & FORA

Posted workers to the Swedish Work Environment Agency

Foreign companies must post all workers to the Swedish Work Environment Agency from day 1. We help to register the company and all workers as well as follow-up in case of extensions.

F-tax & ID06 requirements

Connection to the ID06 System is conditional upon that the User Company:

– complies with the ID06 System’s objectives;
– complies with applicable law in all essential respects; and
– is approved for F-tax by the Swedish Tax Agency. The government, municipalities and county councils are exempt from this condition.

To be connected to ID06 system the company need to have Swedish F-tax number, that is in the agreement, GENERAL PROVISIONS FOR CONNECTION OF USER COMPANIES TO THE ID06 SYSTEM. 

Application for a work permit

We manage the application process for work permits, compile the required documentation and manage the contact with the Swedish Migration Agency.

Swedish coordination number (A-tax) or social security number

We simplify the process of obtaining the correct identification number and ensure correct documentation and communication with the Swedish Tax Agency.
