About Sistec
Sistec AB was registered in 2018. We check identity and right-to-work documentation to give employers and commissioning organizations a clearer basis for decisions.
Our expertise covers document examination, identity validation and right-to-work checks. Through service centers and agreed delivery arrangements, we meet people being hired or given access to a workplace.
Our work is based on the Compliance Platform, a platform designed to ensure individuals' identity and right to work. The platform includes service modules for assistance with A-tax, posting, and contact with authorities.

- Challenge
- Both existing staff and every new hire at the logistics centre in Jönköping needed a right to work check.
- What Sistec did
- Sistec carried out Right to Work checks on site and made the check a step in the regular recruitment process.
- Result
- 700 existing employees were checked over five working days. All new staff are now checked during recruitment.

- Before Preemraff’s maintenance shutdown, contractor personnel needed checks before working on the site.

- Sistec contacted every contractor and offered identity checks, right to work verification and ID06 connection.
