What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on the visitor's device. They can be either session-based (deleted when the browser is closed) or stored for a longer period.
Session cookie
A session cookie is stored temporarily and is automatically deleted when you close the browser.
Persistent cookie
A persistent cookie remains on your device for a set period or until you delete it manually.
What cookies do we use?
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you allow analytics, and only on the published website – not in test and preview versions. Advertising storage and ad personalization are disabled, but Google’s tag may still create the _gcl_ls entry (see the table). Microsoft Application Insights provides technical diagnostics after the same consent, without its own cookies.
Forms use reCAPTCHA for security. Login and booking also use storage required for their functions. The separate static review copy runs no consent banner, analytics or forms.
Manage your cookies
Open cookie settings here or in the footer. Choose Necessary only to withdraw analytics consent. The page reloads to stop analytics scripts already running. Your choice is stored for 180 days. You can also clear browser storage; cookies on providers’ own domains are managed there.
Cookies and local storage
This inventory covers the public website. Authenticated services and external booking/payment flows use additional storage where those functions are used.
