Customer or partner infrastructure
Doors, gates, readers, cameras, alarms and physical installation are supplied by the customer or agreed partner. They are not automatically included in the platform.
Common questions about the platform
You do. Sistec examines and documents the check within the agreed scope. You assess the result and decide on employment, access and follow-up.
Documents and validity dates are kept as evidence, so you can see when a person needs follow-up. How follow-up is handled is set in your arrangement.
No. Doors, gates, readers and physical installation are handled by you or a contracted partner. The platform can pass your decision to the access control system where an integration is agreed.
Roles and permissions determine who can access the check records. Sistec is ISO 27001 certified – contact us for certificates and documentation for your supplier review.
