The platform connects screening evidence to your workplace access process. You remain responsible for employment and access decisions. Integrations and scope are agreed with you.
The person is registered in the platform, with their employer and their assignment.
Identity, right to work, documents, training and client-specific requirements are checked.

Not everyone who comes to the site is part of the assignment. Visitors and vehicles are registered in advance, approved by a designated decision-maker and checked in by the guard – on the same platform as the people checks.
Visitor managementThe host registers the visitor in advance via the visitor registration portal. The information is automatically sent to the Compliance Platform and an email reaches the designated decision-maker, who approves or rejects the visit via a link.
Both host and visitor are notified of the outcome. Upon arrival, the guard checks in the visitor via the visitor module in the Compliance Platform. Inside the workplace, the visitor is escorted by their host.
Vehicle managementDrivers who need to bring their vehicle to the workplace apply via the vehicle registration portal with details about the purpose and vehicle. The information flows automatically to the vehicle module in the Compliance Platform.
A designated decision-maker approves or rejects the vehicle request. Upon arrival, the guard locates the vehicle in the system and issues a permit that is placed visibly on the windshield.

Physical identity checks, Right to Work, enrollment, supplier checks and administrative assistance are ordered within an agreed scope.
Connections to HR, recruitment, training and access systems are scoped for each delivery. APIs or webhooks are used where agreed.
Doors, gates, readers, cameras, alarms and physical installation are supplied by the customer or agreed partner. They are not automatically included in the platform.
You do. Sistec examines and documents the check within the agreed scope. You assess the result and decide on employment, access and follow-up.
Documents and validity dates are kept as evidence, so you can see when a person needs follow-up. How follow-up is handled is set in your arrangement.
No. Doors, gates, readers and physical installation are handled by you or a contracted partner. The platform can pass your decision to the access control system where an integration is agreed.
Roles and permissions determine who can access the check records. Sistec is ISO 27001 certified – contact us for certificates and documentation for your supplier review.
