Enrollment checks
The Compliance Platform provides structured checks of identity, right to work, and attendance for organizations with compliance and secure access control requirements. The solution handles onboarding of both own employees and external personnel through physical verification, digital documentation, and continuous follow-up.
The enrollment checks are specifically designed for larger workplaces with many external personnel and consultants, such as industrial or construction sites. The checks are conducted by trained staff on-site or by the Sistec team at the workplace's main entrance.
Enrollment portal
Sistec provides an enrollment portal where suppliers register information about the persons who will be present at the workplace. The data is stored in the Compliance Platform and verified when the person is granted access.
When needed, an external enrollment portal can also be used. The data from it is validated in the same way as via the Sistec portal when granting access.
Authenticity analysis of ID documents and work permits
At the check appointment, the authenticity of the individual's ID documents and work documents is examined. The ID documents are scanned in a specialized ID scanner that performs an electronic verification of security features and detects potential signs of tampering.
Right to Work report
After the check is completed, a report is compiled with information about the individual, reviewed documents, and any deviations. The report is encrypted and securely stored in the Compliance Platform for easy access during audits.
Follow-up
The Compliance Platform sends automatic follow-up reminders, for example when a work permit is approaching its expiry date. Continuous monitoring is required when a permit has expired but the individual is awaiting a new decision from the Swedish Migration Agency, or in cases of exceptions during an ongoing asylum process.
Posting of workers
Workers sent to Sweden by a foreign employer must be registered as posted workers with Arbetsmiljöverket. Companies that fail to do so often do it to avoid taxes in Sweden. The service recipient is obligated to report such deficiencies.
The Compliance Platform automatically verifies that posting is correctly registered for all enrolled workers.

From enrollment to access
Sistec checks identity, the right to work and agreed documentation before site enrollment. You receive a documented result with any discrepancies and requests for additional information. The employer or responsible site operator decides on work and access against their requirements. Access-system integration follows the agreed scope.
Scope and limitations
The check provides evidence within the agreed scope. It does not guarantee that every risk is detected.
Information handling
Check records may contain personal data. Define authorized recipients, purposes and retention for the assignment. Contracts and privacy information describe the allocation of responsibilities.
