From order to report in four steps
Order check
Log in to the service portal and enter the name, email, and phone number of the individual to be checked.
Booking link and reminder
The individual is contacted via email with a link to our booking portal. No appointment booked within two weeks? We send a reminder.
On-site check
The individual meets a Sistec operator who verifies ID documents, identity, and right to work - both visually and electronically.
Report in the portal
The report describes documents examined and any discrepancies. Access and delivery follow the ordered arrangement. Confirm authorized recipients, access terms and retention before ordering.

Identity verification
Authenticity check of passport and national ID - both visual and electronic examination.
Right to work
Ensures that the individual has the legal right to work in Sweden.
Manipulation check
Electronic verification of security features and signs of document tampering.
Encrypted report

Scope and limitations
The portal supports ordering, status and access to records within the agreed functionality. Checks, integrations and other additions require a separately defined scope.

Who is responsible for use and decisions?
Sistec provides the agreed functions. The client manages user permissions and business decisions. Authority decisions and employer responsibilities do not transfer to the portal.
