- Identity and right to work checks connected to ServiceID+.
- How does it work?
- The company joins and workers complete checks according to the card programme process.

Process description
- The employer orders a ServiceID+ card via the portal.
- The employee's identity and right to work are established.
- The ServiceID+ card is issued if all requirements are met.
- During the validity period, automatic reminders are sent before the next check, for example when a time-limited permit is approaching its expiry date.
- The employer is informed if anything changes, e.g., if a permit expires.
- The client can be invited to view the status of on-site personnel.
The order portal
Order ServiceID+ cards directly in the portal and track the status of all checks. The portal is the company's tool for managing employees and keeping documentation up to date.
The check
At the time of application, the employee's identity and right to work are established. Only persons who meet the requirements receive a ServiceID+ card.

Verified Workforce
The check result describes:
- The identity examined
- Evidence for assessing the right to work
- What needs to be followed up, and when
Reporting & documentation
All documentation is gathered in the portal. Easy to demonstrate that the correct checks have been carried out during procurement or audits.
Third-party access
Before sharing results or photos, the client needs to establish a lawful basis, recipients and necessary information. Limit access and disclosure to the assignment’s needs. Sharing, retention and follow-up terms should form part of the agreed arrangement.
Ongoing follow-up
Throughout the card's validity period, the employee's right to work status is followed up. The employer is reminded when a time-limited permit is approaching its expiry date, and notified if the follow-up shows that the right to work has ceased.
Scope and limitations
The check provides evidence within the agreed scope. It does not guarantee that every risk is detected.
Information handling
Check records may contain personal data. Define authorized recipients, purposes and retention for the assignment. Contracts and privacy information describe the allocation of responsibilities.
