Discuss your assignmentA foreign company about to work in Sweden meets five different authorities and one industry system before the first working day. Each has its own form, its own processing time and its own requirement for verified identity.
The most common mistake is doing them in the wrong order. An ID06 account cannot be created before the company is registered, and staff cannot be enrolled on site without an account.
We register the company and sign the agreements on site — in Prague, Bratislava, Helsinki, Warsaw, Vienna, Riga, Tallinn, Copenhagen, Hamburg and Frankfurt, among others.
Before the first working day
Company registration in Sweden. Required in order to sign agreements and connect to ID06.
ID06 enrolment. Company account first, then cards for each employee.
F-tax or SINK. Which applies depends on the length and structure of the assignment.
Posting notification to the Work Environment Authority. Due no later than when the work begins, and monitored continuously.
Verified identity for every person. Passport or national ID read by machine — a photocopy is not enough.
In the right order
We register the company
Registration is filed with the Swedish authorities, and the agreements are signed at your premises.
The ID06 account is opened
The company is connected to ID06 so cards can be ordered for the staff.
The tax setup is settled
F-tax or SINK, depending on how long and in what form the work is carried out.
Staff are identified
We scan passports and work permits on site in your country, or at a Swedish service centre.
Posting is notified and monitored
The notification is filed and its status is monitored, so it does not go stale mid-assignment.
