A consistent checking process for every new hire
Include identity and right to work in recruitment and follow up documents that need renewal.
Discuss your recruitment workflowMost employers check the right to work. Fewer do it in a way that can be repeated identically a thousand times a year, across every hiring team, without anyone forgetting.
Spot checks after the fact find problems once the person is already employed. By then the cost is different — and it is the employer, not the recruiter, who answers for it.
Sistec plugs into the recruitment system you already use, so the check becomes a step in the flow rather than a separate routine somebody has to remember.
What spot checks miss
Volume hides the exception. At a thousand hires a year, sampling is statistics, not control.
The check is done differently in different parts of the business. What is routine in Stockholm is an exception in Malmö.
Permits expire. For individuals with a time-limited work permit, the validity needs to be monitored.
The evidence cannot be produced. What was not documented at hiring does not exist when it is asked for.
Built into your process
Ordered from your system
The check is ordered straight from the recruitment system. We are already integrated with Jobylon, among others.
The candidate is invited
The candidate gets a link and books a time at one of our service centres, or is received at your premises.
Identity and right to work
The document is read by machine, the face is matched, and permits are checked against the authorities.
The result returns to the flow
The outcome is reported back into the recruitment system, so the decision is made where the rest of the process lives.
Follow-up after hiring
Permits with an end date are monitored and flagged before they expire.
