The supplier must check that the documents are valid, not expired, or will not expire within the next four months.
The supplier must verify that the presented documents confirm the individual's right to work in Sweden according to applicable legislation and check this with relevant authorities.
The supplier has the right to use third-party providers to conduct checks as described above. These third-party providers must be authorized and verified by [Contracting Party Name] and deliver checks comparable to those described above within the framework of "Sistec Verified Workforce" or equivalent.
The supplier must be able to provide detailed documentation of the conducted verification process for each employee covered by this agreement. The documentation must be available upon request from [Contracting Party Name] and include information about which documents have been checked, the results of each verification step, and any observations or deviations identified.
This verified process for identity and work rights verification must be an integrated and mandatory part of the supplier's service delivery under this agreement. The supplier must regularly report and maintain this process according to the requirements specified by [Contracting Party Name] throughout the contract period.
